Terms of service
These terms set out the operating rules and commercial conditions for RezMak accounts.

The service
RezMak is a web service for real-estate teams in the United Arab Emirates, Spain, and Portugal. It helps work inbound, buyer-started WhatsApp and property-portal enquiries using information the customer approves, with human handoff when an agent replies or the system is uncertain.
Acceptable use
Customers must use the service lawfully and only for enquiries and conversations they are permitted to contact. RezMak is not a cold-outreach, bulk-send, broadcast, or list-importing service. Customers must not use it to send unsupported claims, unlawful content, or messages that violate WhatsApp, portal, privacy, or marketing rules.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for account security, the accuracy and permissions of approved materials, the legal basis for their lead processing, portal and WhatsApp terms, human review where needed, and the actions taken by their agents.
Plans and payment
The current public plans are $79.99 per month or $799.99 per year. Prices include applicable tax. The annual plan represents two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. There is no free trial, no setup fee, no per-message charge, and usage is unlimited. Payment activates the workspace immediately. Subscriptions renew automatically until the user cancels. Failed-payment handling and the exact payment-provider process must be documented before final publication.
Cancellation and refunds
A user may cancel the subscription through the available account or support process. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the circumstances and are not automatically guaranteed; users should contact support@rezmak.com with the account and payment details. Any mandatory consumer refund rights remain applicable where the law requires them.
Regional terms
Customers in the EU, Spain, Portugal, and the UAE may have mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract. RezMak is operated from the United Arab Emirates. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer, privacy, tax, or other rights that apply in the customer’s country.
Availability and liability
The service may depend on third-party networks, WhatsApp, portals, hosting, and model providers. The final agreement must define availability commitments, support, disclaimers, liability limits, suspension, termination, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and governing law.
