Request data deletion

Send a deletion request to our support team. Account and service data is intended to be deleted immediately when the account is cancelled.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export anything you need before cancellation. Where a provider or applicable law requires a limited record, that exception will be explained in the response.

How to request deletion

  1. 01Cancel your active subscription from your account, if applicable.
  2. 02Email support@rezmak.com from the email address associated with your RezMak account.
  3. 03Use the subject “RezMak data deletion request” and include the account email.

What we delete

RezMak deletes the account workspace and service data held on the platform, including lead workflow information, approved materials, conversation context, and preferences. Cancellation and deletion happen at the same time according to the current product policy.
