This notice explains the information RezMak may process when an agent uses the website or service and how account data is handled.

Information and purposes
RezMak may process account, billing, connection, lead, message, project, and support information to provide the service, authenticate users, operate WhatsApp workflows, qualify inbound enquiries from approved material, provide support, prevent abuse, measure service performance where consent is provided, and meet legal obligations.
Customer and buyer roles
An agency may determine why and how buyer data is used, while RezMak may process it to provide the contracted service. The correct controller, processor, or joint-controller relationship depends on the final service and contract structure and requires legal review.
Lawful basis and transparency
RezMak provides clear information about its processing purposes and uses the appropriate legal basis for each processing activity. Customers remain responsible for their own notices, permissions, and instructions where applicable, including notices to buyers whose information enters through property portals or WhatsApp. For EU users, rights requests may be sent to support@rezmak.com.
EU, Spain, and Portugal
RezMak supports customers in Spain and Portugal. People in these markets may have rights under the GDPR and applicable national rules, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. Requests can be sent to support@rezmak.com; complaints may also be made to the relevant national supervisory authority.
UAE
RezMak is operated from the United Arab Emirates. UAE users may have rights under applicable UAE data-protection rules, including rights relating to transparency, access, correction, deletion, security, and certain transfers. This notice does not state that any customer or processing activity is automatically compliant with every UAE, EU, Spanish, or Portuguese requirement.
Retention, deletion, and rights
RezMak does not retain customer account data after cancellation. When a customer cancels, the platform is intended to delete the account data immediately at the same time as cancellation. Requests for access, correction, objection, restriction, portability, or erasure may be sent to support@rezmak.com. Limited records may be handled by payment or infrastructure providers where required for security, billing, or law.
Providers, transfers, and analytics
RezMak is hosted in Germany. Essential service providers may process information needed for authentication, messaging, billing, analytics, error monitoring, or AI-assisted workflows. Optional marketing analytics is loaded only after the visitor accepts analytics in the consent banner. RezMak does not sell customer data and does not claim to make a customer GDPR-compliant.
