Security and data processing

This page provides RezMak's public overview of security and data-processing practices.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Operator: RezMak, operated from the United Arab Emirates. These pages describe the current RezMak service and are not legal advice. Privacy and security requests can be sent to support@rezmak.com.

Current product boundary

RezMak is operated as a web app from the United Arab Emirates and hosted in Germany. It is designed around account-scoped workspaces, approved property information, inbound lead workflows, and visible human handoff. The platform should expose only the usage, operational, and system-health information needed by each authorized role.

Controls to document

RezMak uses account-scoped access controls, protected production configuration, encrypted HTTPS transport, operational logging, and provider-level security controls. Security practices may evolve as the service grows; only controls described on this page or in a signed customer agreement should be treated as commitments.

Data processors and subprocessors

The final page or data-processing addendum must identify providers that handle authentication, hosting, databases, WhatsApp connectivity, billing, analytics, error monitoring, and AI processing, together with processing locations, transfer safeguards, and a change-notification process.

Requests and incidents

Security and privacy questions may be sent to support@rezmak.com. Customer account data is intended to be deleted immediately when the account is cancelled. If RezMak becomes aware of a security incident affecting customer data, the operator will assess it and communicate with affected customers or authorities where applicable law requires.

No unsupported certifications

RezMak must not claim GDPR compliance, SOC 2, ISO certification, encryption guarantees, or security outcomes until the relevant controls and legal language have been independently verified and approved.
